This policy explains how the independent review website handles information submitted through its article-review form. It does not describe Albini Group, Cotonificio Albini or Albini 1876 privacy practices.
The form may collect first and last name, business email, company name and the technical description supplied by the sender. Routine server logs may record browser, device, timestamp, referring page and network information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Submitted information is used to receive, organize and respond to an editorial fabric-review inquiry, maintain service security and document consent. It is not used to create a fabric order, establish reseller authority or make an automated purchasing decision.
Send only the article identity, known specification fields and evidence gap required for the inquiry. Do not submit payment information, confidential product designs, personal sizing, government identifiers or sensitive personal data.
Information may be handled by service providers that support hosting, security, form delivery or records management under appropriate contractual controls. It is not presented as data delivered to Albini Group or an official sales channel unless a separate, explicit transfer is authorized and disclosed.
Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for the inquiry, security, dispute prevention and applicable legal obligations. Technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be described as risk-free.
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by using the contact page and identifying the original submission. Legal duties, security needs or the rights of others may limit a request. Browser controls can be used to manage locally stored data where supported.
